Agreement to Terms

By engaging Iceharu Agency ("we," "our," or "us") for web design services, you ("client," "you") agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Services Provided

Iceharu Agency provides website design and development services for businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to, custom website design, domain registration, web hosting, SSL certificates, SEO setup, and ongoing maintenance.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable charges.
  • Payment must be completed before the website goes live.
  • We may offer partial upfront payment and balance on delivery for certain packages.
  • Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery for Starter and Business websites is 2 to 3 business days.
  • Premium websites with custom features may take longer depending on complexity.
  • Delivery timelines begin after we receive all required content and materials from the client.
  • Delays caused by incomplete or late content from the client will extend the delivery timeline.

Domain and Hosting Ownership

  • The domain name registered for your website is your property.
  • Hosting is provided for the duration of your active plan (monthly or yearly).
  • Upon non-renewal, we will attempt to notify you before suspending hosting services.
  • Domain transfer can be arranged at any time upon your request.

Renewal Plans

  • After the first year, hosting and maintenance can be renewed monthly at ₹149/month or yearly at ₹1,499/year.
  • Yearly renewal includes domain renewal, hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, and minor content changes.
  • Monthly renewal includes hosting, SSL, backups, and security updates.
  • Failure to renew may result in website downtime and potential data loss.

Client Responsibilities

As the client, you are responsible for:

  • Providing all necessary content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner
  • Reviewing and approving the website design before it goes live
  • Ensuring all provided content does not infringe on third-party rights
  • Communicating feedback clearly and promptly

Revisions

  • Each package includes a reasonable number of design revisions during the development phase.
  • Major changes after the website has gone live may incur additional charges.
  • Minor text and image updates are included in yearly renewal plans.

Refund Policy

  • If you cancel before any work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If work has already started, a partial refund may be offered based on the work completed.
  • No refunds are available after the website has been delivered and approved.
  • Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain is registered.

Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you own the website content and design created for your business.
  • We reserve the right to display the completed website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
  • Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

Limitation of Liability

Iceharu Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Support

  • All packages include 30 days of free support after website launch.
  • Support covers bug fixes, minor adjustments, and technical assistance.
  • Extended support is available through our renewal plans.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
